The report of the Warsaw Conference, Financing affordable housing and infrastructure in cities: towards innovative land and property taxation, 15-16 October 2009 is now available.

In light of the number of submissions received for the Conference and the call from the participants to capitalize on the papers, presentations and discussions from the Conference, UN-Habitat will engage, together with interested partners, in producing a series of publications for various key actors that would capture the range of land and property taxation policies, tools and instruments, namely a Land and Property Taxation Policy Guide and the Conference proceedings (that will feature selected papers from the Conference).
